General Questions
We offer 24-hour valet services to our Hotel Vandivort guests. We park your vehicle in a safe, secured garage that does not have public access. Overnight valet is $15 per night. Additionally, we have EV charging stations available through our valet services for $20 per night.
You can also self-park in the public parking garage located directly behind our Historic Building. The garage fee is $5 per entry.
There are two public charging stations located conveniently on Robberson Avenue, which runs between our Historic Building and V2. We also provide EV charging in a secured area through our valet services for $20 per night.
Great question. Originally, Hotel Vandivort opened in one building (on E. Walnut Street), the historic downtown landmark that was once a Masonic temple. In 2019, we added a second building to our property (on E. McDaniel Street), referred to as “V2.” The buildings sit adjacent to one another, separated by S. Robberson Avenue.
Of course; we offer six ADA-compliant rooms throughout the hotel. Please contact our hotel team directly with any special requests or needs for your stay.
Yes, Hotel Vandivort is happy to welcome your furry friends to our property. We do charge a $50 fee for your pet to stay with us, and pet-friendly rooms are limited. Contact the hotel directly to arrange your stay: (417) 832-1515.
Yes, AAA members enjoy 10% off their stay at Hotel Vandivort. When reserving online, you will notice an AAA rate; simply select that option and provide the needed information from your AAA card.
Yes, you can purchase gift cards online here, or in person at our front desk.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m.
XPhotographers are welcome to capture their subjects in our public spaces around the property; however, we do have a request and approval process to ensure that our operations are not hindered and that your photos turn out exactly how you want. Contact our Event Sales Manager (events@hotelvandivort.com) with the details of your request.
To rent out Vantage for photos, there is a $250/hour rate, and it should take place during non-operational hours. See Vantage’s hours here.
Yes, our fitness center is located on the ground floor of V2, just off the lobby. Within, we have treadmills, a bike, benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more to help you maintain your fitness routine even while traveling. Our 24-hour fitness center is available to guests during their Vandivort stay.

The Order, our Hotel Vandivort restaurant, is located in the Historic Vandivort building, while Vantage Rooftop Lounge & Conservatory is located atop V2.
Policies
Cancel by 4 p.m. (CST) on the day prior to check-in to avoid a one room night (plus tax) cancellation charge.
We are proudly a smoke-free property. The penalty for a room found to have been smoked in is $250.
Dining
Yes, The Order and Vantage Lounge are open to the public. If you make a reservation in advance at The Order, you can enjoy complimentary valet parking.
We do not provide a complimentary breakfast with your hotel stay. We do offer room service, or you can dine in our restaurant, The Order, located just off the hotel lobby.
Breakfast: Monday - Friday | 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Brunch: Saturday - Sunday | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Yes, we offer in-room dining through our onsite restaurant, The Order. You will be able to order food delivered to your room during The Order's operating hours. To view the menu, click here. Then, to place your order, dial 9 on your in-room phone or call (417) 851-5299.
Weddings and Events
Licensed outside vendors for cake and desserts are accepted for weddings at Vandivort with approval from our Executive Chef. If you wish to provide your own beverages, we do charge a $35 corkage fee per bottle.
If you are planning a wedding or soiree of some sort, you will reach out to our Event Sales Manager (events@hotelvandivort.com).
If you are planning a corporate event (meeting, retreat, conference, etc.), you will want to contact our Sales Manager (sales@hotelvandivort.com). Additionally, if you are needing to book a room block, the Sales Manager will be able to assist you.
While we do not have a wedding coordinator onsite, our Event Sales Manager will assist with planning, and our Banquet Manager will oversee the execution of your big day. We have a list of preferred vendors, including wedding planners and coordinators, if you would like recommendations as you make decisions for your big day.
